Geodesic deviation on a kaluza-klein background

Abstract

In this paper we consider the study of the Geodesic Deviation Equation in the framework of the 5D Kaluza-Klein compactified model. We compute it studying an one parameter family of parallel geodesic equations.We focus on the effects produced by the extra scalar field describing the modification induced on the charge to mass ratio.
