With the advancement of technology, the world is moving towards miniaturization and it is necessary to remove high heat flux. Heat generated per unit area has measured up to 104 W/cm2(nuclear reactor). Microchannels and minichannels are naturally well suited for this task, as they provide large heat transfer surface area per unit fluid flow volume [1].
