Abstract

The MHD mode locking in the reversed field pinch experiment (RFX) device is investigated. The differences in the mode locking phenomenology between multiple helicity (MH) and quasi-single helicity (QSH) stress are discussed. The plasma-wall interaction and the total radiation emission are analyzed.
