In this study, laser-arc hybrid welding process was investigated for butt welding of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy sheets, 3.0 mm thickness. The effect of hybrid welding parameters (laser power, arc pulse repetition rate, arc length, arc current, wire feed rate, relative positions of laser and MIG, welding speed) was investigated. In the present research microstructure was studied using optical microscopy and morphological analysis of the cross-sections. The report deals with the results of energetic and morphological analysis.
