Abstract

Principal Component Analysis (PCA) has been tested as a method for the fast analysis of scattering data deriving from the prototype of Laser Scanning Flow Cytometer (LSFC) CLASS. Tests and performances on simulated and real data are presented. © 2011 IEEE.
