Abstract

The e-learning can be considered as an efficient tool to spread expert's skill and experience background. The e-learning can provided structured knowledge and optimize the time devoted to the communication, allowing to access knowledge without space and time constraints (anytime, anywhere). Indeed it can be considered as an effective and efficient new channel between scientists and non-scientists for dissemination of scientific and technological progress. In this environment, e-learning could be considered as a sort of answer to constant demand for increased specialization and to up dating and adapting skills to new working style and labor market [1]. The assessment of an e-learning course needs non-conventional approaches, especially if the course is devoted to the communication of scientific information and technological transfer. ENEA [2] is a public institution operating in the fields of Research and Innovation, on Energy, New technology and Environmental domains. Besides, ENEA is also involved in technical and scientific support to Public Administration and Enterprises. The dissemination of scientific knowledge is foundation of Life Long Learning to answer to pressing demand of non-stop Lifelong learning, so e-learning can be considered a sort of professional lifesaver.
